Kransky v. DePuy Trial – Day Nine 2/6/13

Day Nine of the Kransky trial began with the testimony of Dr. J. Dennis Bobyn, a university professor and research scientist at McGill University in Montreal Canada.  Dr. Bobyn’s expertise is in the area of artificial joint replacement, specifically in the field of biomaterials, bioengineering, implant design, and tissue response.  Dr. Bobyn was retained by Plaintiff in connection with the trial.  Mr. Zellers for Defendants cross-examined Dr.  Bobyn.

Following Dr. Bobyn’s testimony, an excerpt of the video deposition of James Anderson was played for the jury.  Mr. Anderson is a staff bioengineer at DePuy.
